John Ferrero is a USTA certified trainer with 44 years experience in the race horse industry. He has dedicated his entire life to training, rehabilitating and breaking young horses to harness utilizing the on-property 1/2 mile regulation stone-dust track and equipment. His highest goal is to provide young horses a solid foundation for a successful harness racing career. He has bred, raised and trained successful horses, such as Dauntless Bunny and the famous Pepper Belle, who raced and won despite of her Tourette's Syndrome. He welcomes broodmares and layover horses to get them fit and ready to perform, show, or race.

Stingray put to harness and trained to drive.

Horses under our care are schooled and exercised on our farm's 1/2 mile exercise track. Our highest goal is to train your horse to work well in harness and consistently follow important commands: walk, trot, halt and make safe turns in preparation to handle situations that may encounter on the road and show ring.

Winter Lay Up

We also welcome horses that are already broke for lay up through fall and winter and send back to the owner fit and ready to race in spring.
